At Beloved Disability Support Services, we fulfil the accommodation / tenancy needs of our participants. We help them acquire or retain permanent / temporary accommodation that best meets their needs, wishes and housing goals.

Our accommodation / tenancy service includes but is not limited to:

• Helping the participants identify or redefine their housing goals.
• Help apply for rental accommodation or help timely fulfil all their rental obligations like a rent payment.

• Help adopt the right measures to retain the existing accommodation.
• Assisting with rental applications. It covers all the paperwork.
• Coordinate with real estate agents, DHHS, and utility service providers.
• Help build capacity so that the participants can secure a more sustainable accommodation on their own in the future.
